1. The iPhone game

Save the Pencil does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not receive your gameplay, location, contacts, advertising identifier, or device activity.

Level progress, stars, blue-dot balances, purchases already credited, and preferences such as sound settings are stored locally on your device. They are used only to operate the game.

2. In-app purchases

Optional blue-dot purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. The game receives the product and transaction confirmation needed to deliver the purchase and prevent it being credited twice. We do not receive your payment-card details.

3. Support requests

If you use the support form, we collect the name, email address, topic, device details, and message you choose to provide. We use that information only to investigate and reply to your request. The form is delivered through Resend to our support mailbox. Resend acts as an email delivery provider and processes the message on our behalf.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain an appropriate support history, and meet legal obligations. Please do not include payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. This website

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website. Our hosting provider may temporarily process standard request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. The support endpoint also uses short-lived request information to limit automated abuse.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Support information is shared only with service providers needed to host the site and deliver email, or when required by law. It is not used for targeted advertising.

6. Children

The game does not ask children for personal information. A parent or guardian should submit any support request concerning a child and provide only the information needed to resolve it.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information included in a support request, subject to applicable law and any information we must retain. Contact us using the details below.
